The 2022/2023 PTA Membership drive is now closed

Registration is ONLY taken through this form and there will be no printed documents sent home. Make sure to register all of your children that attend Canyon Rim at one time because you are only allowed one submission per email address.

WHEN YOU ARE DONE FILLING OUT THE FORM AND SELECTING OPTIONAL ITEMS YOU WILL BE SENT TO PAYPAL TO SUBMIT THE PAYMENT FOR ANY ITEMS YOU SELECTED.
